    I love these notebooks, especially since red is my favorite color. I am in the military and we typically use these green hardback books, but I prefer these as they open wider and the spiral ones you can open all the way. I prefer the ones with the plastic covers as they still provide protection, can still write on them, and they also have a little red band built in to hold you place or hold the book closed, but these are also great. I gave four stars though as I would prefer if they did not have perforated pages as they actually come out a little too easily.

    This a great little book. The cover is glossy, the spiral binding is sturdy, and the pages are nice. I will likely purchase another in the future.

    I bought this as a daily work journal, and use it frequently. It’s very durable and I dig the red.

    The pages are thick enough to write in pen on both sides, and they do not tear out accidentally.
    If you are right handed and use the backs of the pages, you will find your hand running into the wires as is common with any notebook of this size.

    The elastic band takes some getting used to as you can slightly feel it beneath the pages when writing. After a few uses I don’t even notice anymore.

    I’ve bought so many of these and use them daily, I have to review this product with 5 stars. Excellent paper, and is the perfect design for my use. High quality binding, with perforated paper that doesn’t shred on it’s own but is easy to remove without leaving what my 5th grade teacher called ‘mouse marks’ from the wire-binding. When I’m running low, I go out and buy 5 more of these. A+
