    When I opened the box I saw that the product was damaged. It wasn’t properly packaged and the corner was completely chewed up to the board; the frame was completely ruined. I was very disappointed in the shipping/packing process of this item. I haven’t used this yet to review the quality but right off the bat I was not happy.

    Very happy with this product. Unlike other reviews, my board was not damaged at all when it arrived. Very nice for the price.

    The dry erase board was just what I was looking for but it was packed in a box where it fit tightly. There was no pacing materials around the board. When it arrived the frame was cracked and crushed in two places. It was an easy return and the second board came quickly – packed the same way. This one also had a crack in the frame but I kept it anyway.Otherwise, as long as they dont change the way they pack for shipping to protect the frame, we would be going back and forth forever.     Love the fact that there’s enough space to write long memo’s or reminders. Also love the corkboard at the bottom to attach any pictures or invitations to remember without having to use the space on the calendar to write on in the event you have something else to write for the same day.

    My only complaint about this product is that in the shipment process, although whoever packaged it tried to put enough paper so the board would withstand whatever beatings it took, it still wasn’t strong enough. The top right side of the board was cracked so now you can see where I glued it back together and a piece the black part that cracked is missing (I guess I threw it away without having noticed when I threw the box away).

    Overall, I love the product but if you want to buy it, I suggest you go directly to a store to buy it so you won’t end up with a broken board like I did which i had to piece together myself as a result of the harsh shipping.
