    I have used these highlighters now for my bible studies, where I highlight scripture in my bibles. I have yet to find a bible or bible pages that these markers leak through the pages; they just do not bleed through at all. I also have the 5pk with different colors and they do not bleed through either; I just love them. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs a real “bleed proof” marker. They are easy flowing and comfortable to hang onto as well for those long study periods. I have tried several other markers/highlighters and have had problems with them bleeding through, skipping, and running out very early; these last a very long time and are well worth the cost. You won’t be disappointed!

    This Ticonderoga product is one of the better highlighters I have found.
    I read a lot and because of my activities, and I need to be able to cite data and quote comments. So I find myself taking extensive notes so I can rediscover what I need. Jotting the notes slows my research.

    Years ago I started using colored pens to underline passages. Underlining was better than nothing but not good enough. So I tried hi lighter pens, but the highlighting bled through the paper on many books (like my Bible).

    I found Ticonderoga Emphasis and they work, but mostly on thin low weight paper. For general use on medium to heavy weight paper (for example text or book grade paper), Ticonderoga does not mark a passage sufficiently. It is tough to find highlighted passages later, But on low weight quality paper such as vellum (like my Bible), Ticonderoga highlights passages, does not bleed through the page and does make the highlighted area something I can find later.
    I really like these new highlighters for my Bible study.

    I recommend this product for use on light weight or vellum paper.
