It is working without problem. It took me 10 minutes to get the first page out of the printer. It writes the pages quick and flawless. No problem with packacing and came to me with its original cartoon and other useful things to install to computer.
    I recommend it to everyone.

We purchased this printer, set it up and then every time we tried to print, every page got jammed. literally. We read the manual, we searched online to make sure we had it set up correctly and nothing worked and so we returned it within 24 hours.

THE COST OF THE INK IT’S WAY TOOOOOOO HIGH… I PRINT ABOUT HUDRED PAGES A DAY.
I AM BLEEDING OUT.. SORRY INKING OUT .
DONT MENTION TO USE REFURBS OR REFILL TANKS… BAD IDEA. GOT STUCK EASILY.
    I AM HOPPING INTO A LASERJET…
LESS CHEAP BUT MORE COST BENEFIT RATIO AND QUALITY IS BETTER TOO…

Our last printer, an HP 1350v All In One lasted 5 years but then died (computer could not recognize a printer was connected via USB). So we went and bought ourselves an F4480 ColorSmart printer. It did what we needed it to do. Then we bought a new desk and unplugged everything so it could all be set up on it. After that, no printing. Thinking a software reinstall was in order I uninstalled all the HP software, unplugged the printers USB cable, rebooted, reinstalled the software, turned the printer on, and, connected the USB cable when requested by the installation. No dice. I waited several minutes until finally a message box appeared telling me it had not detected any printer. So I uninstalled everything, unplugged the printer again, rebooted, then tried again only this time I chose a different USB port. Still nothing. The computer sees no printer attached. The ports are working fine because I have other devices connected and they are working. I disconnected all the other USB stuff back there and tried the printer alone also to no avail. I even posted to the HP Support Forum but got no answer, it must have stumped them. So in essence the printer is a fine copier (it works from the console buttons) but does nothing else. This will be the last HP printer we get. Even at a discounted price of about $90 I expected we should have gotten at least a years use out of it.

After running well for a couple of months, it suddenly stopped printing any word documents. I checked online and saw that many had had this problem. I tried their suggestions–checking everything, reinstalling program–to no avail. I am truly fed up.
